Style isn’t about standing out, it’s about finally feeling seen.

My background is as eclectic as my closet — and that’s exactly how I like it. I’ve always been a creative at heart. As a child, I was the one organizing my crayons by color names, enchanted by the poetry of periwinkle and cerulean.

I began my career as a broadcast journalist, where I had my first color analysis and quickly learned (sometimes the hard way) how impactful the right colors and styles could be. After moving to New York City, I felt a deep pull toward more meaningful connection and shifted into special education, teaching at the High School for Fashion Industries — just steps from FIT. My fashionable students taught me so much about the expressive power of style, especially when resources were limited but creativity was limitless.

After having children, I stepped away from the classroom, but not from teaching. I deepened my yoga practice and, while eight months pregnant with my third child, became a certified yoga teacher. That path led me to working with children and adults with special needs — and lit up my heart in new ways.

Throughout all of it, I never stopped playing with personal style. I helped friends pack, shopped for neighbors, and found myself called again and again to the magic hidden in closets. In 2025, I earned my certification in color analysis — a puzzle piece that brought everything into alignment. Good Energy Closet was born from the belief that getting dressed should feel like coming home to yourself.

The Language of Light

Learn how to Unlock your soul’s season through color Analysis

The Seasons of Color & Soul:

Color analysis isn’t about rules — it’s about resonance.

Every person carries a natural frequency, a light that shines through their skin, hair, and eyes. Seasonal color analysis helps reveal the palette that enhances this light, bringing harmony and radiance to your presence.
This isn’t just style — it’s energy alignment.

A mirror of who you are, and who you are becoming.

Which season are you?

  • A young woman with long red hair and a flower crown stands outdoors, holding a bouquet of flowers including daisies, purple, and blue blooms. She is framed by a decorative garden archway covered with vines and white blossoms, with a blurred green garden background.

    Spring – The Awakener

    Archetype: Persephone Rising
Keywords: Fresh, bright, warm, youthful, luminous
Palette: Think warm pinks, peach, aqua, corals, butter yellow, mint, soft gold

Energy: Spring palettes are full of newness and play. If you’re a Spring, your presence is often light-filled, uplifting, and naturally radiant. You shine in warmth and gentle vibrancy — like a garden in first bloom.

  • A young woman with long, wavy red hair is standing near a river, wearing a light blue off-shoulder dress. She has white flowers in her hair and is looking down with a peaceful expression, surrounded by lush greenery.

    Summer – The Romantic Mystic

    Archetype: Venus in Bloom
Keywords: Cool, soft, graceful, dreamlike, elegant
Palette: Lavender, soft rose, powder blue, cool grays, seafoam, muted silver

Energy: Summer palettes are cool and flowing. If you’re a Summer, your energy is ethereal and refined — like moonlight on water. You feel most harmonious in muted pastels and fluid shades that whisper, not shout.

  • A woman with long red hair and a floral crown stands in a moss-covered forest. She wears a long, deep purple velvet gown and is holding a yellow autumn leaf. The scene is framed with an ornate, decorative border.

    Autumn – The Earth Oracle

    Archetype: Gaia Rooted
Keywords: Warm, rich, grounded, deep, textured
Palette: Burnt sienna, olive, mustard, forest green, rust, deep plum, terracotta

Energy: Autumn palettes are earthy and wise. If you’re an Autumn, you carry a soulful, rooted presence — warm and strong like the changing leaves. These colors amplify your natural depth and creative fire.

  • A woman with long black wavy hair wearing a red dress and a silver crystal crown, standing outdoors in a dark, wooded setting with falling snow, framed by an ornate gold decorative border.

    Winter – The Bold Visionary

    Archetype: The Snow Queen
Keywords: Cool, crisp, high-contrast, bold, powerful
Palette: Black, white, icy blue, true red, fuchsia, cobalt, emerald, icy gray

Energy: Winter palettes are striking and magnetic. If you’re a Winter, you thrive in contrast and clarity — your energy is fierce, focused, and brilliant like freshly fallen snow under moonlight. These colors bring out your regal, commanding presence.
